A new model has been added to HOBART's successful PREMAX range, in the form of the PREMAX AUP. This top-class hood-type dishwasher will be produced by the German dishwasher manufacturer from October.The PREMAX AUP features excellent washing performance and higher efficiency than comparable machines, in terms of water, energy and detergent consumption.

A large number of innovative features have been built into the PREMAX AUP: The HOT-TEMP wash cycle runs at higher temperatures, which increases the efficiency of the detergent. In addition, the machine's capacity rises by nearly ten percent to 75 racks per hour. The ACCURINSE pump operates with exemplary efficiency. It reduces water, energy and detergent consumption levels by up to 30 percent, by dispersing precisely 2.3 litres of fresh water over the dishes, at a constant temperature of approximately 75°C.

The fine filter system GENIUS-X² also makes an important contribution to washing performance by transforming the wash water also during the wash process through a system of filters. Parallel to the wash cycle the dirt particles are pumped out. The wash system ROTOR-X consists of one cross wash arm above, and one below. The rotation of the wash arms creates the necessary mechanical wash action, and at the same time the precise wash pattern of the FAN wide-angle nozzles makes sure the wash water reaches every part of the wash ware.

The POWER-PLUS wash program creates an increased washing pressure, through pumps connected in series. Contrary to conventional programs, even difficult to dissolve, strongly bound food residues are dissolved and washed off without pre-cleaning. The STARCH-REMOVAL deep clean wash program removes the starch from the crockery. Inconvenient and time consuming manual handling using aggressive detergents is no longer necessary.

The E-STORE hood concept is based on a hood closed on all sides. When the machine is open, the hot steam remains in the hood. The heat energy is retained, and does not need to be replaced in the subsequent wash process. This saves up to 3 kWh per year while also improving the room's internal climate. At the same time, the reduction in CO₂-emissions helps to protect the environment. The PREMAX AUP hood is heat and sound insulated, which in turn results in even more energy savings.

A further plus of the PREMAX AUP is its great user friendliness. The SMARTRONIC single button displays all important functions clearly and intuitively in the STARTER. The remaining time indicator shows the progress of the running wash program. The four segments of the STARTER colour up clockwise in sequence. Even in peak times personnel can set their priorities at a glance and work more efficiently. The hygiene cycle ACTIVE together with the specially formulated INTENSIVE hygiene tablets remove lime scale and residual food deposits from the machine. The program is activated automatically after a certain number of wash cycles. Furthermore, the EASY-LIFT hood design of the PREMAX AUP means that it is the easiest dishwasher hood on the market to open.

The combination of excellent dishwashing performance and low consumption results in the PREMAX AUP's high efficiency and top economy. These are features that it shares with the other innovative and multi-award-winning models in HOBART's PREMAX range – the PREMAX FTP flight-type dishwasher, the undercounter dishwasher PREMAX FP and the glasswasher PREMAX GP.

In addition to the PREMAX line, the PROFI line has been extended as well. Besides the hood-type models PROFI AMX/AUX, the series also consists of the large hood model PROFI AUXXL and the double rack models PROFI AMXT/AUXXT. All new models of the PROFI series are also equipped with many innovative features and are exemplary on the market in terms of real customer benefits. With its PREMAX- and PROFI hood-type dishwasher series, HOBART sets a new benchmark - “Made in Germany”.
