Your tasks

As part of the company’s continuing expansion and its ambitious international corporate and sales goals, we are today seeking to appoint, now, a committed “Sales Manager Poland  (male or female)”. This Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and increasing the business of company products and services in the region. This person will manage local distributors, and the company’s relationship with key accounts and end-users.

During the introduction period the manager will be made aware of the company’s products, its services, its operation and organisation so that the manager may advance and implement the company’s main objectives. She/he reports to the Area Manager Central Eastern Europe. Further details:

  • The focus for the manager in the first months is 70% sales and 30% organisation (networking).
  • Support and enlarge the amount of distributors in the market segment QSR (Quick Service and Fast Food Restaurants).
  • Personal engagement with key customers.
  • Ensure that company values and charter are maintained. The manager will lead in accordance with the company’s Leadership Charter. The manger will act as a role model in terms of leadership and behavior.
  • The manager will monitor the achievement of company goals by setting up appropriate financial and customer-centric Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), via regular management and individual meetings. The manger will take appropriate action if results do not match the objectives given to this manger.
  • The manager will strengthen and expand company business at all times to ensure profitable growth.
  • The manager will seek to improve market share and position.
  • Manage new projects as necessary.
  • Manage customer satisfaction.
  • The manager will report regularly as required by the Area Manager, and additionally as the manger believes is necessary.
  • The manager will develop a clear understanding of market opportunities; will collect and analysis varied market research information better to understand the market.
  • The manger will translate company strategy into clear communications to, and actions by, subordinates.
  • The manager will visit all customers frequently, in order to support business case preparation, its validation and the definition leading to; for example, of market potential.
  • The manager will personally and especially maintain direct contact with key costumers and will seek at all times to make sales.
  • The manager will work with relevant design consultants - such as architects - to ensure that they comprehend the company´s product range, its ethos, and concepts so that these are properly incorporated into the output and specifications offered by these external advisers.
  • The manager will liaise with individuals in the company’s central support functions such as logistics, service, marketing, finance etc…
  • Follows accounts payable and receivable with financial department and product lines controller.

Your profile

  • Capability to develop and grow business and markets
  • Capability to convert projects and business opportunities into sales
  • Analytical capability for business decision making
  • Possess techniques in both strategic and operational marketing
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Language needed: Czech is a must; German and/or English would be an advantage
  • PC literate: Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Microsoft)
  • Willing to travel regularly throughout Poland and Europe
  • Have ‘stature’
  • Self-starter; self-motivated


Salary will be commensurate with the ability and experience of the selected manager. Opportunities for higher education and appropriate other training will be offered.
