HOBART, global market leader and leading innovator in the field of industrial warewashing solutions receives the prestigious FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International) award as "Manufacturer of the Year 2017". Once a year, there is a get-together of globally leading consultants in professional kitchen design who are active in all sectors of the hotel, restaurant and large-scale catering industry. This year, more than 200 participants from seven continents met in the hotel Melià in Vienna at the beginning of April. Within the scope of the conference that was studded with top-class specialist consultants and dealt with the topic "Food and Hospitality of the future", HOBART was awarded an exquisite distinction: For the next two years, the company from Offenburg will be holding the title "Manufacturer of the Year". The distinction was sparked by the new generation of HOBART flight-type dishwashers FTPi and FTNi, which are part of the PROFI and PREMAX series. Among others, these models are equipped with the world-wide unique and innovative twinLINE dishwashing organising system, which guarantees an optimum ratio between space requirement and efficiency. In concrete terms, the patented twinLINE system makes it possible to wash the usual wash ware in the machine, while trays are simultaneously washed on a separate conveyor without changing the footprint of the machine. The advantages offered by this are 30% time savings, a maximum in flexibility and a remarkable increase in capacity. The HOBART efficiency concept is another important tool. It lowers the operating costs, prevents the loss of energy and reduces the exhaust air volume to such an extent that an on-site exhaust hood is not needed anymore. The best wash result is of course guaranteed as well.
