TOWER 3061

This TOWER version combines the combi steamer COMBI 061 and the high pressure steam cooker 305 GTP: two cooking techniques in one model enable high quality even in times of rapid operation.

COMBI HEJ061E steamer:

High pressure steam cooker 305 GTP:

    • or 1 x 1/1 GN, depth max. 200mm
  • 3 pressure levels:
    • Pressureless: 50 °C to 99 °C
    • 0.5 bar: appr. 110 °C
    • 1.0 bar: appr. 118 °C
