This TOWER version combines the combi steamer COMBI 101 and the high pressure steam cooker 305 GTP: two cooking techniques in one model enable high quality even in times of rapid operation.

COMBI HEJ101E steamer:

From 3° dH, we recommend an installation of a demineralisation HYDROLINE STEAM CD to prevent the convection steamer against lime scale.
