All units are modular and can be freestanding, mounted on wheels or suited together in a line or island configuration. Installation options include plinth, wall or centrally mounted suites, with a cantilever option for increased access if required. Bonnet Advancia  900 top line units can also be configured on refrigerated or open base providing effective use of space if required.

The ‘head to head’ system guarantees an ergonomic solution creating a continuous worktop between the modules for easy movement of pans and cleaning.The modularity of the 900 Series allows for excellent use of space in kitchens with 2mm thick moulded watertight worktops in AISI 304 stainless steel, the 980 series is a series of machines for medium to large sized operations.
