Service quality implicates customer satisfaction:
Employees who are properly trained and demonstrate professional customer service skills, can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. This helps the business retain customers and improve profits. We offer you two different service trainings:

GWM1: 4 day service training for small machines: includes the undercounter glass and dishwashers as well as the hood-type and utensil washers.

GWM2: 5 day service training for big machines: includes the rack-type and flight-type dishwashers.
