With the new HOBART hygiene label, we want to help our catering customers to reduce uncertainty among guests and convey a good feeling of hygiene safety.
With every new installation, maintenance or service visit, our service partners make sure that the dishwasher is working properly, that the correct wash and rinse temperatures are set and achieved and that the detergent is used in the correct dosage.
After successful testing of the machine, the hygiene label will be handed out in form of a sticker, which can be placed at the entrance to the guest room or next to the door of the kitchen.
