Machines for every need
For bakeries, HOBART primarily offers the UX/UP utensil washers, designed to tackle the most demanding tasks. Various high-performance and cost-efficient machines are available, depending on the washing volume and the requirements on site - optionally as hood-type or as front door models.
The utensil washers of the PREMAX line are characterised by the innovative side wash system, in which large items and utensils are washed particularly efficiently and in an energy-saving manner. In addition to crockery, baking trays or baker's baskets, up to six GN-trays and four EN2 containers fit into the wash chamber at the same time - this is an unmatched HOBART innovation on the market! Due to the higher capacity for GN trays and bakery crates, this utensil washer is more economical. This saves up to 1,000 working hours per year. In addition, a detergent direct spraying system and the patented VAPO-ACTIVE steam washing significantly reduce manual pre-cleaning while using the UP. It effortlessly removes the most tenacious dirt such as dried or baked-in dough residue.
The PERMANENT-CLEAN automatic soil removal in the PREMAX AUP hood-type dishwasher is indispensable for bakeries with lunch menus, as it immediately pumps all soil and dirt out of the machine. This eliminates the need for pre-rinsing of plates, and a long day of dishwashing without having to change the water while still maintaining absolutely hygienically clean dishwashing results is in reach. This not only saves operating costs, but also protects the device and the environment.

FUX – ideal machine for big baking enterprises
The HOBART FUX series container and utensil washe systems are the ideal machines for medium-sized and large bakeries as well as canteens. The system offers the best dishwashing results and is characterised by exceptional performance and the lowest operating costs on the market.
The FUX-C is a compact container wash system which offers a capacity of up to 300 baking crates per hour. Furthermore, additional machine functions ensure a perfect wash result and help to reduce the water consumption.
The larger container and utensil wash system FUX washes up to 2.000 bakery crates or up to 10.000 reusable cups per hour. The intelligent SENSO-SPACE compartment detection registers empty spaces between items and regulates water consumption to a minimum.
REUSABLES – Cleaning solutions for reusable cups and dishes
Since January 1, 2023, most German food resellers have to offer reusable dishes for their customer’s take-away food and drinks. Not only restaurateurs, but also members of the baking industry have to offer reusable cups and dishes. The HOBART experts know what is important when it comes to hygienic dishwashing and have developed a wide range of washing and drying solutions for every need. In order to achieve an optimal wash results, the rack system and chemicals must be coordinated.
HOBART offers the right warewashing technology and the necessary accessories for a wide variety of reusable containers: From the small undercounter dishwasher to the large flight-type dishwashing system, with integrated or external drying - the world market leader in commercial warewashing technology has a deep understanding of the topic of reusable containers and is available to the industry with guidance and support. At the iba, HOBART will be showing the FX and FP undercounter dishwashers with built-in TOP-DRY technology in a live demonstration in direct comparison. Detergents especially for plastic, specially developed rack systems such as the reusable cup washing rack or the bottle rinsing system complete the range.
