OPTIMUM CLEANING PERFORMANCE
With the HOBART pallet cleaning system, you can clean your pallets quickly and easily in an automatic solution. Using a platform stacker or forklift truck allows for ergonomic loading. The pallets are lifted onto the turntable with the help of the lifting system and separated. They are then cleaned and dried automatically and the pallet rotating mechanism guarantees an optimum cleaning and drying result.

DRYING AND BLOW-DRYING
Efficient blowing and drying are optimised for the items being washed and, in combination with the rotational movement, ensure perfect drying results.
PALLET CLEANING SYSTEM
The HOBART pallet cleaning system guarantees reliable, optimum cleaning results. Thanks to the pallet rotation mechanism and individual adjustment of the washing and rinsing jets to line up with the item being washed, the entire pallet is reliably reached and cleaned.

FLEXIBILITY

For a space-saving solution, the system can be set up on an area of approx. 2.15 x 2.8 metres.
PALLET LIFTING SYSTEM
In the pallet lifting system, the stacked pallets are lifted prior to cleaning to minimise shadow zones and contact surfaces for an optimum cleaning and drying result. The pallet lifting system works easily and smoothly when the handle is pressed down. A coupling and stopper mechanism secures the pallets in position during cleaning.
HANDLING
The system can be used as either a front-loading or pass-through system. With the pass-through variant, separation by clean and dirty sides can take place.
ERGONOMICAL LOADING
With the help of a forklift or platform stacker, items can be loaded and unloaded using the machine's sliding tracks. The base of the system is accessible, ensuring easy loading and unloading with a platform stacker. Pallets can be loaded into the system in a stack. The pallet lifting system lifts them up.
