HOBART: New CLIMATE-GREEN Heat Pump

Offenburg, July 03, 2026 – Innovation meets cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency: HOBART GmbH is introducing the new CLIMATE-GREEN heat pump in its FLOW Line conveyor dishwasher series.

Smart use of exhaust air - in the spirit of sustainability
Sustainability is also becoming increasingly important in professional dishwashing technology. In light of rising demands for energy and resource efficiency, there is a need for solutions that combine cost-effective operation with the responsible use of natural resources. The new CLIMATE-GREEN heat pump makes a significant contribution to this: It minimizes energy losses by using modern technology to fully recover the thermal energy contained in the exhaust air and feed it back into the washing process. This sophisticated system offers an efficient and future-oriented solution for professional kitchens: Compared to a HOBART FLOW Line without the new heat pump, energy savings of up to 30 percent can be achieved.

The CLIMATE-GREEN heat pump is particularly environmentally friendly, as it is filled with a natural refrigerant and significantly reduces CO₂ emissions through energy recovery. This conserves resources and reduces operating costs.

Furthermore, by using a natural refrigerant, the CLIMATE-GREEN already complies with the latest European regulations set to take effect in 2030.
