Focus on efficiency
HOBART is presenting its new generation of hood-type dishwashers, which are dominated by a drive towards efficiency. Ease of use, time savings and efficiency in the kitchen are just as important to us as reducing consumption of energy, water and cleaning agents. The new hood-type dishwasher was developed to cut operating costs by minimising the amount of energy lost, but also by recovering energy from steam and waste water. An integrated cleaning concept and automatic soil removal deliver optimal and hygienic wash results and help to cut costs because some of the pre-rinse processes are no longer needed and the amount of time taken to clean the machine can be cut.
Deep Learning and even greater efficiency in the wash up area
Saving energy and efficiency are also key words used to describe our FLOW Line flight-type dishwasher series.
The new CLIMATE-GREEN heat pump, which is characterised by the use of an environmentally-friendly coolant, is a valuable aid to saving energy when washing while also helping to protect the environment.
Thanks to the AI-based SMART VISION CONTROL feature, the FLOW Line flight-type dishwasher detects when an item is placed on the conveyor. The machine automatically adjusts the conveyor speed, washing pressure and amount of water to the item. This ensures excellent wash results with low levels of water consumption – regardless of who is operating the machine.
The HOBART SMART LOAD loading system for semi-automatic wash systems and flight-type dishwashers reduces physical strain on staff because plates and bowls are automatically taken into the machine. Operation is incredibly simple: plates and bowls are placed into the openings specially designed for this purpose. Handling is easy and ergonomic as hand movements take place on the same level and do not require any bending over, stooping down or upper body rotation.
Washing and polishing with just one machine
Polishing cutlery is a very time-consuming job in the catering trade – and cutlery polishing machines take up valuable space. HOBART has therefore enhanced its undercounter dishwashers to combine washing and polishing. Thanks to the CUTLERY PREMIUM feature, manual polishing is now a thing of the past.
Clever cooking equipment
HOBART is a one-stop shop offering caterers high-quality products: alongside its new warewashing equipment, HOBART's range also includes cooking appliances. In the daily live cooking shows, visitors can see for themselves how high pressure steam cookers, combi steamers and multi-functional appliances are used in meal prepping.
Clever solution for organic waste
Compact design and low investment costs: the EcoPump is a hygienic alternative to the compost bin. It is suited to kitchens where large disposal systems are not economically viable. Using a reliable pump system, the food waste is pumped into a collection tank, saving energy and personnel costs.
