Every year, "Top Hotel", the leading journal for the hotel trade in Germany, awards prizes in 12 different categories. This year's award ceremony took place on 13th of March on the occasion of the Internorga exhibition in Hamburg. In the "non-food" category, the winner was the PREMAX AUP hood-type dishwasher by HOBART.
With its unique "PERMANENT-CLEAN automatic soil removal" filter system, the PREMAX AUP hood-type dishwasher is a convincing solution which minimizes not only the work involved, but also the water consumption. Now, the machine has received another renowned prize: the Star Award 2016. It is awarded by the trade journal "Top Hotel". All readers of the print version and of the journal's newsletter were called upon to vote for their favourites among the contestants nominated by the senior editors. Based on several thousands of votes, the result can be seen as an independent judgement by the hotel trade.
The new "PERMANENT-CLEAN automatic soil removal" filter system of the PREMAX AUP dishwasher model makes preliminary cleaning by pre-wash spray superfluous. Dirty plates can be put directly in the rack because the powerful system filters all the soil that has been brought in the machine and pumps it off directly. Because all dirt particles are immediately removed from the wash tank, the wash water stays clean. It is no longer necessary to change the water during a warewashing shift. If required, the machine regenerates automatically. The result: the smart system reduces manpower requirements as well as water and detergent consumption.
