Powerful performance despite low consumption
Low water consumption and short washing cycles are important factors in reducing costs and saving time. Therefore, the intelligent HOBART PREMAX models work with steam, resulting in unbeatable advantages for you:
- The best results are achieved with up to only 1 l of fresh water in the rinse.
- This reduces the water and detergent consumption by up to 60 %.
As little water as needed
The SENSO-ACTIVE resource management system monitors the water quality continuously and adjusts it automatically – all for a particularly responsible water consumption. If only a little amount of dirt enters the machine water consumption remains low; if the dishes are heavily soiled, it increases. The feature reduces operating costs by 20 % compared to conventional machines.
This equipment is included in the PREMAX models GP and GPCROI as well as in the PROFI models GX and GXC.
Saving by filtering
Our smart GENIUS-X² fine filter system cleans the dirty water in three steps, keeping the wash water permanently clean. Coarse dirt and food residues such as lemon slices are collected in the strainer basket and cannot even enter the tank. This reduces detergent consumption by up to 35 %.
Further plus points for the personnel: The system cleans itself automatically during pump-down, eliminating the need for manual cleaning. In addition, plates can be placed directly in the basket without pre-rinsing, which saves a lot of time.
The GENIUS-X² fine filter system is standard equipment on all undercounter, hood-type and utensil washers of the PROFI and PREMAX series.
